Should memberlist be viewable without logging in?

I just realized that the memberlist is visible whether a person is logged in or is just anybody cruising the web. I personally would prefer it if people had to log in to view the list of members.

I don't know if that is even possible, but... what you all ya'll think?

There's a mod on phpbb.com called Memberlist access that does that.
