I'm working on a new design that requires extensive diecutting. I was told it would have to be die cast which is fine by me. Then I was told it would have to be simplified. Then I was told it would have to be larger. Now I'm being told after it was simplified, made larger and okayed by the mint that it won't work at all. Has anyone else had trouble making intricate dies? Have you found any creative solutions? What's the most intricate die work you've seen? I think the dreamcatcher is the height of tough die work, but I'd like to have other examples to point to when we go back to the drawing board with the mint again. Wink

A couple, but I've since moved on to another production company using a third mint who assures us it can be done after all. Smile
